5 Killed As Gunmen Open Fire On Card Players In Kano

At least five persons have been killed in Kano, northwest Nigeria when unknown gunmen invaded a relaxation spot in Tukuntawa Quarters along Zoo Road Sunday evening.
It was unclear who the assailants were, but the shooting was similar to a wave of attacks blamed on Islamist group Boko Haram, which has been waging an insurgency focused in Nigeria’s mainly Muslim north.
According to residents, the attackers came on motor bikes from different directions and started shooting people, some of them playing cards.
Pls you all am asking this question again. If you were President Goodluck Jonathan what would you do to stop all this killings and bombings?

“There were sounds of gunshots that lasted for over 1o minutes. The men were just shooting at people. There was pandemonium as people ran helter skelter for dear life. It was a horrible experience and this means that we are no longer safe.”
The spokesperson of the state command of the Nigerian Police Force, Magaji Musa, confirmed the incident, saying security agencies have cordoned off the area and that investigations have commenced.
Mr. Musa however said no arrest had been made yet.
